lol....the Ak when the front sites are lowered and adjusted to compensate for semi auto (sights are high on AK-47's originally to compensate for rise during automatic fire). Semi auto only needs the front sights adusted to the center and slightly to the left. My Yugo is very accurate at 150 to 200 yards after adjustments. But I also have an Armalite Ar-15 that is a nice weapon, I just prefer my Yugo M70 ak47 due to more power and reliability. Although the ar-15 is more accurate beyond 200 yards.

There is MORE income eqality NOW AFTER TAXES than there was 20 years ago. Have a look at some NBER studies.
Do not compare the 1950s to life now. Why not go back to the late 19th century when the standard of living was improving with falling prices?
The 1990s was a technology boom fueled by cheap fiat money. Alan Greenspan`s tech bubble (with housing to follow).
Basically, increase taxes and people will respond by either working less, or taking their work out of the legitimate economy.

We just want a return to the normal, historical rates. The ones Reagan passed would work for me.

@SPGhettus Reasonable taxes are not socialism, no matter how much the GOP would like you to believe. I'd like tax rates from Kennedy on back. I agree though, Reagan's tax rates would be far better than these bush tax cuts.

This is because majority of his income is from investments which are taxed @ the capital gains rate, not the income tax rate. That is the luxury of investing your $, you get to keep it and do with it as you may, not give it to the government to spend. A smart rich person will donate their a portion of their $ to better things than what the goverment will do with it anyways. Do your homework, pay off your debt so that you can be wealthy too and not pay high income tax rates just like Buffet!
