Great job! It looks like we came up with pretty similar chords by ear.

Lots of peeps looking for the chords and I've tried posting a link, but it won't let me, so you'll have to go to my profile, then to my video of this song, then see the link in the description...sorry. Note that the intro chords are the same as the chorus chords - this guy's video is accurate whereas on mine I intentionally changed the intro since it was only acoustic.
