This is by far the best pianist I have heard in this- and it is a select group - Kovasovic, Magaloff, Beroff,among others ( and I have played it myself). What is so great is the fact that this pianist has the control to inject a little freedom lyrically making this a cut above the arid, drily exact readings. She know the work backwards and has an authoritative view.

These amazingly precise and gifted pianists. I'd be terrified doing this from memory and here we have someone who completely in control. It is helped, of course, by marvellously controlled and rhythmically scalpel sharp ensemble from all of the winds
