I love this video. It is so cute. The horse is playfully and lovingly nipping and licking the cat to be playful and loving. The horse looks very friendly and very cute. He was definetly not trying to hurt the cat. If he was then the cat would have not stayed on the fence or he would have never even went by the horse. Very cute horse and cat!

If you knew horses, you would understand that they lip and nip each other as a sign of affection. They also very often love cats (but often don't like dogs). The cat obviously knows this and enjoys the attention. The horse was very careful not to actually bite with its teeth.
