The observable phenomenon of evolution is "species change over time" with the THEORY of evolution explaining it through natural selection, mutation, genetic drift, etc., These are the PRINCIPLES that explain why species change. A theory never becomes FACT any more than a book becomes a single page.

nice video as always, but a slight inaccuracy when it came to the lava dating part. that wasn't bad science. in the debate of hovind vs hofman, which you can find on youtube and which i also highly recommend watching, hofman mentions this dating procedure and explained that they willingly did that on the lava to prove a hypothesis true that assumed that the dating would produce inaccurate results due to inclusions in the lava. btw, nice job using potholer54's most hilarious clip ;)
And not even a very creative one at that. Their whole argument has alway been either one of incredulity or "you have to prove it". The fact is, we've never needed to defend the theory: it's facts and their interpretation speaks quite well for itself. I always go on the offense when dealing with these folks. If they want to make extraordinary claims, they need to make with the extraordinary evidence.
If someone ever builds a time machine, it will surely be to go back and punch this broad in the face.
