I Think Pat was talking about the scenery being like canada, Its very mountainous in the brecon beacons (wales - UK).
All under 14's have to wear a rifding helmet.

are you in canada? it sounds like your saying here we are in canada.
in any event not wanting to start debates just making an enquirey about the helmets. are they required of all riders in the UK , or just when you rent them for a ride?
