I can't believe it's been 7 years since I watched this on tv. I remember every day after school I'd come home and turn on WAM so I could watch this and Higher Ground. It's still one of my favorite shows.

I don't speak German, but i was listening to the tone of the German version (Deutsch Folge) of The Tribe, and their voices sound too soft, too feminine, they lack attitude.

In the English version, Amber, though feminine, has a direct, in your face, no nonsense tone.

And Lex possesses an impatient but sensual tone.

Ebony most especially has in English a very sly, menacing edge to her voice.

All those meaningful tones, to my ears, are lacking in the German version.

It was my favorite show whem i was a little younger to,
