I love the dumb bleeding heart idiots here calling this "cruel". The trainers are not abusing and beating the crocs. If anything this is simply incredibly dangerous for the performers and a little hard to watch. One drop of sweat and you're looking at a mangled arm or torn head.

They are tiny animals with zero danger and that makes for a boring show. Thirdly, crocs are incredibly hardy and tough animals. They are remnants of the dinosaur period and survived when other dinosaurs became extinct. Crocs in the wild aren't always well fed either. Some are thin, some aren't. This is Thai culture not New Zealand.

These crocs are in extreme poor condition. Every one can see that they are more dead than alive. Almost all the muscle tissue is depleted (look at the tail). This is caused by systematic starvation. These Thai heroes won't take any risks I guess...
