merle is the man... I grew up on haggard.... loved haggard...still do....

I know he had some shitty years.. sang bad.. but got it together and sings like the old days again....I seen his show at casinorama last year and i was VERY impressed... he's pro to the backbone....sadly counrty music went to shit since his days... its embarassing to hear the modern day howlings of the new "country " singers... i guess jackson and strait were right.. there's been an aweful murder....down on music row.
