@zayz505 No, if you die you lose your items. But the champions are easy to kill so you probably won't die.

one time, i was playing runescape, and i fought this noob, and killed him. i fought this other noob, and took his bow and arrows, but it wasnt really a bow and arrow, it was a noob shooter cuz i shot noobs with it. Runescape is so great!

How to get that scrolls?

You get them as a rare monster drop. Each scroll is dropped by the corresponding monster. Like, a goblin would drop the goblin champion scroll.

I once randomly killed a goblin because I was bored and I got a scroll. Some people have killed thousands without getting one though.

I got it off a hobgoblin in the God Wars dungeon, but yeah, normal goblins drop them too. It's an extremely rare drop though.
