dude, you can't download it off itunes store. You have to jailbreak your ipod touch which means hack it and open it up so that you can install 3rd party applications. Search up in youtube "how to jailbreak ipod touch (unless you have an iphone) 3.0 (unless you're using 2.2.1)"
