When that beeping sound started, I noticed at 01:40, on the right side of the road, (begind that Fiat Punto?) something that looks like a speed-trap camera - is that so? Are those what you can detect? (and if so, at what range?)

A radar detector is illegal here...

@PivotMaker5100 It was a 1.8i 16V engine non turbo.. at this vid 118PK and 157Nm..(almost normal specs:( ) i have no final dyno..

Thnx! nee hij was ook niet zuiniger maar dit kan te maken hebben gehad met de Power Boost Valve. Muziek weet ik zo ff niet meer.
