The goal is to land perfectly balanced on the bike or just slightly over the rear end if you don't think you will pull it. If you land perfectly balanced you can lean forward and grab the bars. If you lean a little back your going to slip off the bike and land on your butt or side but you'll save your face.

The trick is not particularly fun. Shin guards and knee pads are highly recommended.
