U.S.A made very wrong decision and choices along the way. U.S.A has a very big role to play in nurturing Taliban and Lashkar e Toyba (LET) and other terrorist organization. They needed these groups to fight 'Russian Army' in late 1990s. They couldn't do it themselves, so they played a very cheap game & the only country which would provide them the assistance was at the 'Pakistan'. Since, then USA has shown loyalty to Pakistan.

USA may readily stop all sorts of aid to Pakistan. As the aids/loans are not reaching a common man for whom they are declared. Rather they are the root cause of confiscation of human rights & basic needs of life thus promoting injustice & a hurdle in implementing law & order paving way for all the dogmatism US/India want to exercise here.
