I really think this is the least amount of resemblence Fran could do at imitating Dolly's voice lol...The closest was "1 to 5" and "I'm Under the Weather Over You".
She must be way ahead of the bus's schedule. That must be why it hasn't come yet. Either that or it's a Sunday service and Sunday bus services are always so slow.
I don't remember seeing this one as a kid. I'm unsure of when it premiered, though the fact that the Pumpkin cowboy was featured doesn't mean all his sketches have to have been shot during the same season. They could have just hung on to him. Also, "I Love My Elbows" was long before season twenty.
When I heard the audio on "Elmo's Lowdown Hoedow", I didn't think it was Fran singing and that it was probably re-recorded. But, it looks like they're the same vocals.
I know. Who could blame her cause the bus stop was somewhere else.

@tpirman1982 Did you even watch the whole thing? The bus hasn't come 'cause she's on the wrong street.

@MarshalGrover Oh, I forgot about the ending of this.

I'm guessing the purple cowboy was played by Jerry Nelson? Also, was this from 1989 or 1990? I forget.

@Garrettk41 No, he's right. The copyright info on this song on Faqs.org cite it as being written for season 20.
