I was channel surfing when I came upon Darius' video in which I just caught the hook of the song. I continued to listen to the song, and simply couldn't contain myself thinking about my son from the very day he was born: he's now 30! More importantly is how very true the lyrics are to this song for any caring parent. I was so moved I sent it to my brother-in-law who walked his oldest daughter down the isle. August 29 2007 we had a baby boy and I remember the sleepless nights. Just when he started to sleep most of the night we had a baby girl in July 7 2008. We are not making in plans for sleep yet because we are expecting on more.

For me it want be just a little while it will be a long while but it is all worth it.

First of all I want to say this is a great song. I have two children one 5 one 3. I am 37, and for the most part I am a pretty tough person. My two children are both boys, and even though I know Darius wrote this for his daughter, it still has the same meaning (I think) for all parents. I cried like a baby when I heard this song, because it is so true they grow up so so fast. So to any parents out there enjoy them as much as you can because as Darius says "It Won't Be Like This For Long"
