man u are awesome not only because of your covers (that are awesome)its because of your way of playin for me shredding while fingerpicking is like impossible but you nailed it...
Coming along nicely on the six string, there. If there is a perfect Kareoke song, this is IT! I am a shy M.F, but if the beer was a-flowin' I would hop up on stage, pop a bat in my mouth and SHRED! I have Mr. Ozzes autobiography, "I Am OZZY" and it is GREAT! He worked in a slaughterhouse and personally killed dozens of pigs and cows, so the little rabid bat was nothing, kids! Check it out, SixString. I've read it twice in the first 2 weeks I got it. internationaldave@gmail.com
Another excellent effort mate (see my comments on This Planet's On Fire clip). Not really sure if you do requests and all that but if you could have a crack at Snowblind and Never Say Die by Black Sabbath and Space Station No.5 by Montrose as well I would be made up. Also, I can't believe how backward some of the ppl are on here with their dreadful & ignorant abuse, pls ignore them and keep rocking out SSJ!
nice job man i like the fact that you didn't have your distortion/gain level to a point were your jackson would sound like shit. it pretty much sounded close to his SG. NICE JOB THOUGH
just need to slow it down ;) work it out alittle. Remeber Iomi used mainly 1st, 3rd and 4th Fingers, because of the accident that mashed his finger up.
so he loves playing the Blues Position Pentatonic Scales. Particularly 1st and 4th Postion seem to ring a bell. (I maybe wrong)
If you have Winamp, try out 'Roni Music slow Me Down' - Slowdown with 0 Pitch loss ;)
he is tuned down 1 full step but the song can be plaeyd in normal tuning. or at least I did. great job man. i suck at solos too so i did the same thing you did. keep it up man.
this song is definitely played in standard tuning, as are the whole paranoid and black sabbath albums. detuning didn't start until master of reality (c#) then i believe technical ecstasy and never say die are in standard, then on heaven and hell its in 1/2 step down (e♭)
very, very good, i think your the 1st & only person on youtbue that ive seen play this song and you did it right man, damn good and u learnt this in 2 hours? damn dude, that shit jes stuns me haha very god man keep up the good work!!
Dude, he's playing along with the record what you are hearing is more of the actual song than the correct notes being played, if you want to see it played note for note without the background watch my video.
It's actually called octaves (there is no harmonics) where two notes are played at the same time one an octave higher than the other. Sorry to critique this but it is not being played correctly. Turn off the background record/CD and play it.
good!
