I worship the Lord of Jesus. Who Jesus asked from and even put his head to the ground and prayed to. why shold i worship and ask from Jesus when Jesus asked from someone els. Clearly he did everything with the will of his father (GOD). He always said follow me, not worship me! So i follow Jesus and ask and worship the one GOD.
I'v been mulling on the question of what is a prophet.- Best answer so far is - "he shows us the face of God and in so doing he shows us the path we have to take.." - B16 in "Jesus of Nazereth" p4 . Starting with Moses we see he spoke to God "as to a friend". Another criteria is from Deut 18:15 "The Lord your God will raise up for you a prophet like me from among you..." - God established the prophetiec office in Israel (Jacob) and not Ishmael - just a few thoughts on this - Blessings - Rene
