! he has a huge company to manage, and gets results from his staff by shouting at them and docking them. i couldnt really see vance suspending one of his employees on full pay, then disciplining him, like most companies, instead he yells at them, gets the problem sorted there and then. hes happy hes solved the problem, the employees happy hes kept his job.

the mans made a fortune legitimately. respect to him... misunderstood for sure!
