Xion is not really a part of the Organization merely a duplicate of Roxas. She gets no recognition because in canon, she doesnt exist. The only time we see her ALUDED to is in KH2 opening song where we see a shell that is remaniscent of the one she gives Roxas in Days, and then it gets washed away by the tide.
