go to where ever your team fortress map is in "my computer", that go in it, go in tf and just replace materials, models, sounds etc. with the files from your skin. if there are no files named materials etc in the skins file than just look around and youll find where it needs to go eventually, like i did

These skins have no theme and don't fit in with the rest of the game. These skins only serve to distract the user from the rest of the game. Especially the ones that use gold as a colour. There's a reason all the vanilla skins are sorta dull.
