me and my friend michelle ended up doing the beat it dance with the woman in the white dress that was prominently featured in this video... she was a lot of fun.
the funny thing is that i was just gonna go and watch too, but my friend convinced me to do it... and then i ran into alan (one of the coordinators) at my work, and then i said, okay, i will do it. it took me a few hours to really learn it. i grew up with the original film, so i was familiar with the gist of it. but i was really tired, hee hee (i was the one in the mask)... i am sleeping for tomorrow. perhaps i will see you there...

yeah, it does not take that long to learn at all... i actually found for me, that the lessons were a bit confusing, and i actually learned it by doing the fast version over and over. i then did it without the video, and just the record; but then the record kept skipping, so i had to play the dvd anyways. ..
and then i practised right before the event with no music at all. i think you could do it. and amsterdam is a very nice place, i walked around most of it in one day... doing the thrillerdance there might be some success there.
