The water is just a quick rinse, The pick leaves some pieces. Water must be salt water never fresh!!!! Very nice!!!

I have never in my life seen someone open an oyster with an instrument that looks like a small pick-axe. That is wild. And why put them in water? I'd just pop that sucker in my mouth as soon as it was separated from its shell. :)

In terms of loving foods and trying exotic things? Absolutely. But hopefully my manners are better than his...and I don't chew with my mouth open. ;)
