@dynno8 Hello sir, Technical Support, is about the machine itself, the machine working condition and functions, not about the procedure the operator use to make it work sir, that is not possible to advise on , because would be a liability your level of understanding the procedure, also procedures are affected by weather, air and pressure, which is particular for the exact place you are in, but if you go around this channel you will see many videos on procedures. That is not for support to deal.

@dynno8 Also sir, you cannot go to buy somewhere and ask support somewhere else, when the machine is bought directly with DGC or affiliates including direct stores , some advises and general tips are given, but if you buy the right machine but with other seller, is not for the direct store or factory to give support on operations, that is for the seller you chose to leave your money on, and his chain of support, not for others sir. what is the list of sellers on ebay that sell original and those that dont

@reply4reply There is no list, just one person that sells tone nails by thousands for example, and just have machines in 30% less, is typically a faker. Those usually make thousand of sales of little things like stickers for nails to pretend have good feedback, there is not an official list about it, because as Charlie explain in the video, there are many Chinese distributors that sale to China too.

So, no one knows who go on ebay with the right machines. Well Dragon Group China Official stores, and some reliable companies that you see are real deal on machines is key. If you see more than 60 % of feedback created by products non related to repairs or to BGA, that is key to know that is not the one to buy from and you will see the price difference too with other real sellers. Same as with any brand.
