  • man...the US team is so different in just 5 months....jurgie has totally changed the way we play, let alone the actual players

  • look at troy palumalu cheering for Ecuador in 2:54 2:57

  • I was so upset I couldn't go to the game. Who makes it on a Tuesday night? But then again, glad I wasn't there to see us lose.

  • @diazjd93videos No. South america is the home of futbol

  • Great victory, considering Antonio Valencia hardly gave any effort. But it was great watching him play, I WAS THERE! lol

  • COMMEBOL > CONCACAF

south america is the kingdom of soccer...

we live, eat and breathe futbol.

  • @maloking UEFA is the home of futbol. Europe is home of futbol.

  • ECUADOR ECUADOR, ARRECCHOOOOOO, tendriamos q haber ganado de calle

  • funny how mexicans ALWAYS appear in USA videos...

  • Welcome to Bolton Mr Ream.

  • Yes. Truly USA has to improve greatly, not just in their invested players but also in their direct-staff.

Do i believe USA can survive in South America? Evidently not. Not with these type of scores.

  • they should play at red bull arena more often

  • Im not from Ecuador but the goal was nice

  • Arriba Ecuador!

  • Yes, well done Mexico. You're doing well and many promising youth waiting to move into first team and keep it going. Agree with @Chad that USMNT can take some lessons. Just a handful of years ago, El Tri was not doing well. But a change to youth development helped push many players into top European leagues. The rest is history happening right before out eyes.

  • @MrNitro071 HAhaha really you point out the US cant beat Ecuador when Mexico couldn't beat Ecuador either only a few months ago remember.Mexico had a hard time scoring their goal to draw that game.

  • @bigcris07 Mexico didn't lose that game though unlike USA....

  • @bigcris07 Overall, Mexico is having a much better year than the US in football. That much is true.

  • @bigcris07 lol no they didnt. mexico scored within the first few minutes and had the lead until ecuador tied before the first half ended.

  • mexico 1 brazil 2 with 10 players nuff said !

  • @plebadadel323 usmnt losing to panama and costa rica .and at home

  • @norteconcordsk925 dont forget france.

  • Comment removed

  • Get Altidore out he can't finish for his life and just slows down the attack. Same with the other USA forwards they have to FINISH! Your not going to score if you shoot right at the goalkeeper everytime for god sake! It's not very fun to see you national team struggle just to get a good result. Klinsmann really need to step it up now because he's proving himself to be a joke now. Disagree all you want but this is coming from a die hard USA soccer fan. Hopefully we do better VS France and Sloven

  • usa dediquense a otra cosa.

  • VAMOS ECUADOR CARAJO!

  • @Revok1er did you see the score??? Ecuador 1 USA 0

and Ecuador is a mid table team in South America. if the USA played the qualifiers with us they would lose ALL of their away matches and thats a fact.

    conmebol > concacaf

  • damn

  • USA and Mexico would never qualify for a World Cup if they had to play in South America, we would eat you alive!! those 3.5 spots that concacaf gets for the world cup are such a waste.

  • @bolimac LOL really? Only teams in South America that are at high rank are Brasil Argentina & Uruguay. Mexico has beaten South American teams the last years (Paraguay,Chile,Colombia,Venezuela,Ecuador,Peru) Dont be ignorant.

  • @tuvaleverga69 and colombia and Ecuador have also beaten Mexico. but thats something u chose to ignore right?

  • its football... not soccer...

  • OKAY LETS ALL FIGHT ON THE INTERNET LIKE IDIOTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Damn usa sucks

  • @sh1tst0rm1 hockey is king? in america? no way dude. don't take this the wrong way i love hockey, but hockey is a regional sport. in america its football, baseball, basketball, THEN hockey. in america hockey is king in the north east and a few other areas, but not the whole country.

  • @MrNitro071 Which one do u prefer Klinsmen or bradley?

i dont care if its a friendly or a cup.. u didnt win :D thats whats really important. haha

    actually i have one shirt..

i also have one for the ladies team.. i know urs suck. haha

  • In ecuador they play rough and dirty. you may call it cheating but thats how they play. as for america, they play just as great. but not as rough. my dad told me i would never be able to keep up with the players in ecuador. oth great teams.

  • jaime ayovi te hubieran dejado en toluca mas tiempo serias nuestro goleador jugadorazo animo ecuador vamos saludos desde mexico

  • Ecuador is my home and i hope for them to make the next world cup!

  • im part ecuadorian and i was sad USA lost lol

  • Coming from an Ecuador fan = You guys (USA) need to nationalize good foreign players, that's your temporary answer. I see comments being posted around here (THEY NEED BETTER BALL CONTROL) (BETTER DEFENSE). LOL You need better TALENT. You don't PRACTICE ball control, you have to be naturally gifted. You need NATURAL dribblers, FORCING a dribble looks so unnatural and is not as effective. And I attended the game and saw all 90 minutes, USA did NOT dominate. Both teams played well. My 2 cents.

  • usa will still keep getting beat by mexico if they dont improve their ball controll and passing...Mexico and Brazil clearly know how to do that after watching both games

  • @elementfutbol dont even compare Brazil and Mexico. The only reason why Mexico looks "good" is because CONCACAF teams are really easy. Im not trying to offend but Brazil played horrible and mexico still lost.

  • @Carloselcaballeroso I never compared Mexico and Brazil.I know Brazil is 10 times better i was comparing Mexico and USA.Everybody knows Brazil did not have their best players.

  • well ofcurse mexico was gona loose to brazil, brazil is like the best team eva.

  • team howard xD

  • United States dominated more but they didn't a lot of create chances to score. Ecuador didn't take this game seriously after they had won in the South American Qualifiers. Ecuador beat in USA in USA and that is very bad for the US. If US comes to Quito and play Ecuador, Ecuador would easily win 3-0. US has to get better at soccer, Ecuador is very small country compared to USA. Its like if New York State played Ecuador.

  • ecuador won because play cus have btter forwar, who care who dominated the game the more important to make goal n win...

  • People think that soccer is so easy but it not u have work for it or be born with skilled. I am sorry to say this but USA team need bring there game up. I was born here but my family is from Ecuador. I love both teams but they play bad this game . Ecuador won because they played good. I am happy either way but Ayovi played good he young and know how worked the ball.

  • @melissa5844

    USA dominated the game...

Ecuador was slightly less impressive but this game should of been a tie.

  • 1:24 OWNED

  • Ecuador has a football club (Liga de Quito) ranked 13th World Wide and ranked 2nd in America. WITHOUT buying players like Henry, Beckham or Marquez. We have young 14-18 year-olds being exported to big teams, like FC Barcelona (Joel Valencia) Inter Milan (J Campoverde). Chelsea. River Plate (J Cazares). Our youth national teams (U-17 and U-20) qualified convincingly to the world cup tournaments. The future looks brighter for Ecuador than it does for USA. Google if u dont believe me.

  • jesus in all honesty our team sucks ass right now, its gonna take some construction to get them good

  • soccer is a complete joke. It takes absolutely zero skill. I am 13 years old and I guarantee that I am better than any of these people

  • @Batf1nk25 sureee...i'm guessing you're a fan of american football? you know, that sport where the "talent" lies in someone's ability to run into another person and knock them over? soccer takes more skill than any other sport, plus some actual brain cells.

  • @Batf1nk25 WOW a REAL Troll. Cool.

  • usa simply cant get over that ass whooping handed to them by mexico in june...HAHAHAH

  • Ha Ha Ha! USA sucks!

In 2011, USA has 5 wins, 7 losses, and 3 ties.

That is a losing record! HEH! HEH!

  • CONMEBOL > CONCACAF

  • @AlpacaNYC so what are u saying, is Ecuador considered a weak team in there region, they have to look to concacaf for victories, the official fifa rankings places Ecuador 69th....all i was saying is that these teams that u look down on play good football and also have Big players in Big name teams in ALL of Europe...Ecuador has only qualified for 2 world cup finals, Hope they make it this time around since they have a better chance now...would really like to see Valencia in the tournament.

  • @lastcmc NO NO NO I didn't say I look down on CONCACAF teams. I respect ALL teams. And thanx for ur wishes

  • @3M3L3XISTA Don't mention color in soccer please. You wouldn't like it if people started saying "pinches vatos negros parecen changos" huh. So please leave color and race out of soccer. Remember FIFA is against RAcism

  • @3M3L3XISTA don't make it sound like concacaf teams are push overs the likes of Mexico, Honduras, Jamaica, Trinidad, Guatemala, Costa Rica and Haiti could more than beat Ecuador who are ranked 69th currently and many of the concacaf teams are ranked higher.... Caribbean teams have been showing and producing excellent players and are a challenge and more for Ecuador.

  • @lastcmc jesus h christ r u trolling? in ONE YEAR we beat Mexico, USA, Costa Rica TWICE, Jamaica. FIFA ranking is based on win points. which concacaf get more of because they face weak teams like Belize and Nicaragua. check out the ACTUAL ranking. ELO Ranking has Ecuador at 33 and USA at 36. We have players going to FC Barcelona, INTER, Juventus, Borussia Dortmund, Tottenham, need I say more?

  • Ecuador has been doing well for the last 3 months. They came with 5 streak win and are doing pretty good.

  • bottom left

  • 2:53 with the steelers jersey is at the wrong game lol!

  • We need a national stadium for world cup qualifier, remember the last gold cups

the team need a real suport always the others teams has best suport.

  • @libreg Soccer is still small here in the US, let's be honest little Billy and Duncan would much rather go watch guys in tights play baseball or football for 4 hours on tv than watch the MNT. I still believe the USMNT could still incorporate all communities and try to reach out before the other countries do.

  • USA sucks at soccer

  • In all fairness, this is football, whatever the other sport where players run with the ball under their arms like Rugby and barely touch the ball with their foot, they should find another name for that sport.

  • Comment removed

  • Play Jones or Bradley opposite of Chandler ....what do you guys think....or who can play that spot....maybe Bocanegra can....Gooch Goodson and Gonzalez have CB covered ...?????

  • Ohh again...bye bye...cherundolo and ream and spector....call back ADU he can create and distribute....he can draw fouls...

  • @vmt2323 cherundolo had one bad game and didn't cause usa to lose. This man faces german strikers in the bundesliga and captains his team with 326 appearances for hannover 96. He was outpaced by a young 21 montero ecuadorian. Need i remind you he is 32. Usa doesn't have better defenders than cherundolo. His experience brings alot to the table.

  • My parents our Mexican my mother us citizen now dad still resident....I was born here but want nothing to do with Mexico....I am the biggest USA soccer fan I know....I went to USA vs Mexico at rose bowl...wow 85/15 ratio pro Mexico....check my video of national anthem .....USA futbol/soccer I truly believe its only a matter of time....

  • @libreg well that's why you go so you can outnumber them duh it's that simple if you don't show up no wonder they outnumber you.

  • ECUADOR is the best like or not praaaaaaa

  • Comment removed

  • The US needs to reach out to Hispanic Americans. Win over the fans, the people, the players. Most fans from Ecuador at the game are US citizens...why aren't the going for the US. They don't feel that connection with the soccer team.

  • USA played a great game and they were missing Donovan witch is a huge down, but you have to say all though Ecuador didn't do as "good" they kept their cool and scored the goal, and to the people saying that USA deserved to win, Yes USA deserved to win but, Football it's not about deserving it's about making happen. Great game and congrats to Ecuador.

  • @SimplisticSound why didnt they have donovan?

  • Troy Polomalu Cheering for Ecuador 2:53

  • @mbokani345 too late. Egypt got him

  • we better play better for world cup qualifiers. No more Ream please. And we may have been upset a few times but it could be worse. We could be Switzerland, who lost 2-0 against Wales.

  • Where was Donovan

  • @danaaax01 injured.

  • The problems with the americans is that they play SOCCER and we play FOOTBALL!!!! Here's a little lesson for all those americans in how to score a gooooolllll!!! It was not brilliant, but it was just good enough to beat them and put them back in their place!!!!! The only teams the americans can beat are the mexican and the canadian teams; which is good enough for them to qualify ,but when the have to face any southamerican team they are RUBBISH!!! VIVA ECUADOR!!!!

  • @Manu6045 well the rest of the world eats fries, while you guys eat chips. but it doesnt matter. same goes here.

  • @Manu6045 Says the guy from England...

  • @Manu6045 Excuse me Ecuador, you guys didn't do to well last world cup. It's not nice to bag on teams.

  • @elosito88 Ecuador has a football club (Liga de Quito) ranked 13th World Wide and ranked 2nd in America.

  • @AlpacaNYC 1st of all Henry, Beckham, and Marquez are old. Washed up. 2nd Mexico's youth national teams U17 and U20 did better than Ecuador. Actually I think they U17 won the world cup. The top teams in South America are Brazil, Uruguay, and Argentina.

  • isso é um,a vergonha, sou brasileiro e torço pra seleçâo dos USA e ela ta muito mal pow

  • @tony72977 Arroz com feijão e banana?? No entiendo lo que me esta tratando de decir??

  • @elosito88 I spoke of CONCACAF in general, with the exception of Mexico. I like their football. Specially since a lot of good Ecuadorian players go there to play. Argentina and Brazil are the TOP talents, but they're in bad shape right now.

  • @AlpacaNYC

I know what your saying and i respect that

but people wont care much of Ecuador as of the MLS

300 million citizens in the US compared to Ecuador ...

US Is going to be History

  • @FiFaPro10 History as in "gone" or as in "great"???

  • feilhaber?

  • ONYEWU IS BEAST, i was a little worried cause everyone was saying that he wasn't going to be called up anymore, but yesterday Onyewu showed that nobody messes with him. Onyewu= best US defender

  • tim ream always screws things up

  • @Aniken Freddy Adu is in special training :)

  • its fuuny to see that every time the US plays, there are more away fans. The federation needs to address that. I t seems the US never plays at home!!!

  • @mbokani345 thats because usa is a country of immigrants. Its not like mexico, where only mexicans live in mexico. Obviously lots of Ecuadorians live in this country, so....yeah.....

  • @tripleshawndx:

Weak excuse. Immigrants or no immigrants there should still be more US fans attending home USMNT matches. Period. Besides how many Ecuadoran immigrants are there that they should take over so much of the crowd. Oh well. When the USMNT starts playing more compelling and successful soccer the US fans will come.

  • @zyxwut321 698,500

over 90 percent of those Ecuadorian american live in New York/Jersey, where the game took place. Research if u don't believe me....

  • @tripleshawndx:

Just as well. It's depressing to see Red Bull Arena with less than 20,000. Interesting about Ecuadorans in New York. I'm from the DC area and our biggest immigrant groups are Salvadorans and Ethiopians. There was a USMNT friendly against El Salvador at RFK about 10 years ago that was LITERALLY over 90 percent Salvadoran fans. I remember catching the highlights of that game afterwards and being amazed. Still, US fans need to step up, especially games against smaller countries.

  • @tripleshawndx and how many americans live in that same area? Exactly waaaaaaay more they still outnumber the ecuadorians by alot in new york so no excuses. They just decide to not buy tickets if you ask me that's the reason, the lack of american soccer fans, but if they liked soccer americans would outnumber them. Only sam's army represents the rest meh.

  • @mbokani345 didnt u c all those USA fans?

  • @vaporterra they are more yellows which is weird

  • @mbokani345 yeah but I never heard ECUADOR, ECUADOR! I only heard USA chants.

  • i wanna thank the camera guy for the heads up minute 2:50 left bottom side of the screen. i was wearing my teams jersey THE STEELER.

  • ecuador!!!! <3

  • football 1-soccer 0

  • @yougottabekiddinme2 dude u of all people shouldn't be saying that if ur american

  • @yougottabekiddinme2 well said

  • troy polomalu cheering for ecuador? 2:53

  • @TheLiamHogan LMAO!!!

  • No Davies or Adu?

  • @dumprun01 davies has scored goals this year, some of them pks, but he hasn't been himself which is expected after being out for a year and a half. He needs more time.

  • @ADAJ3

Yes, but one would think friendly matches would be the perfect place to build some more time, no? He's back playing in the MLS right?

  • Bien Ecuador, Saludos

  • lol same comments after every usa game we need to improve on this, we need this player, ect. same excuses. people were saying there was alot of possitve thing usa did in game but no goals you cant have good things if you dont score goals.

  • what the hell was tim ream looking at when the goal happened.

  • Comment removed

  • There was more Ecuador fans than USA fans -____-

  • Tim Ream is a Mexican sleeper agent trained in Azteca by Cuatemoc Blanco.

  • @m1spike You're giving Tim Ream too much credit. I think he just plain old sucks.

  • @m1spike Ahh crap hes onto us.

  • @m1spike you wish he was trained m blanco lol hes white hes a sleeper

  • Who are the commentators here? I watched this on Univision so I'm a n00b with this.

  • We came we saw we won :)

  • Not a bad game, definently to improve on our finishing, and we can't let small mistakes cost us a game

  • @balaalalaslk yeah that's what's been killing us. If we can stop those little mistakes, things will get better

  • looked like a pretty good game we just need to finish those goals.

  • If you want goals pul Agudelo in. He is a beast

  • How did Ecuador have so many fans there??

  • @Tvpolo9 there are lots of ecuadorians in ny and nj, i'm ecuadorian but i wanted the us to win but i was shocked since ecuador had only strike on target and it went in -.-

  • was really excited about tim ream but i think he REALLY needs to mature before we utilize him as a starter in the future.

  • @USsoccerHSCBULLS What exactly made you excited? He's been absolutely horrible in every USMNT game he's played. Doesn't deserve another call up for quite sometime, imo.,,,

  • @nakamine1713 i saw his vision compared to other u.s. defenders at the time and saw that he could possibly become a very talented player.

  • Is there a way we can get a proper manager? Klinsman is so poop.

  • @BGSoccerMagic

lol .. your strikers are poop and you have no patience

  • we cant score. even when we have great chances we cant score

  • Brek Shea, Donovan, Dempsey, Bocanegra,Altidore,Bradley,Onyewu and Timmy Howard are guaranteed starters. Everyone else better step their game up. Aguadelo is going to be a beast, we need to use him more for he can be experienced by 2014. Also where is Freddy Adu, he was great in the Gold Cup, he needs to come back too.

  • @Aniken31 don't forget about Timmy Chandler..guaranteed starter.

  • @Aniken31 tim ream should not be called up. we have better defenders

  • @Aniken31 beckerman is doing a decent enough job to be someone who can start as well

  • Honestly these results mean nothing, they are games to prepare us for 2014. Klinsmann needs to figure out what works for the usmnt, and that means we will see new players, representing the usa, come and go

  • gooooooch

  • what about charlie davies? could be a good sub of the bench

  • @joshkaradeema7 Exactly. Get Davies in there.

  • + ofensive individual skills

  • Comment removed

  • Also, GOOCH!

  • Put Omar gonzalez!! Great defenders on the LA Galaxy squad.

  • No more Ream. Please. The one little mistake that cost us the game. Otherwise, a very encouraging performance.

  • @castro90 I know I hate it he cost us 1 or 2 goals against Spain as well.

  • Where the hell is freddy Adu? Does Klinsmann have a problem with him or something?

  • Ream and orozco have got to go!!!

    Bring on Omar Gonzalez

  • Overall I love Dempsey agression, he is out there running, Altidore is getting better and am glad he is playing starter, Bradley moves the ball up, doing great, Bocanegra will always be the beast he is, saw Onyewu and Chandler do great so that was nice to see, especially from defense. Tim Ream really slipped it out but that is okay, just dont bring him back (:

  • Donovan, Altidore Bradley, Dempsey, Shea, Holden, Bocanegra,Chandler, Cherundolo, Onyewu, Howard

Subs: We have a lot of talent, Agudelo, BRING ON ADU!, Beckerman, Jones, for defense we need a little more players, maybe we can bring Omar Gonzalez? Marshall from Columbus Crew? IDK, what are your line-ups?

  • @ESDaveHD i deff think that instead feilhaber instead of holden and i would love to see davies as a sub. and we have to have donovon.

  • @livexthexlife192 Oh yes! How can I forget Davies man, Davies is beast, feilhaber as well o: good job, can't believe I missed those guys. I really wished Davies played in the World Cup but he had to go out at night :l

  • 0:28 Great lineup, except switch Bradley for Beckerman. Don't make too many subs, especially subbing out Dolo and Bocanegra.

  • adu needs to play more and Tim Ream has got to go

  • i don't understand what's so special about brek shea...he's pretty mediocre if you ask me,

  • @dimonai01 Shea has speed deep into the game, and frankly, an inventive spirit. More of what Klinsman is trying to nurture in the US's game. He wants the players that aren't afraid, not necessarily the most 'failproof' or 'paper tigers'

  • @zbailor01 all i see is an average touch which at this level is pretty mediocre, okay speed, height but not very strong in the air and an above average cross. and just because he has the gut to dribble a little bit that does not make him good.cough cough jozy altidore freddy adu cough coug the american hype is killing american soccer seriously as soon as a player show any type of quality that most kids in european academy already have they are dubbed as the savior of american soccer
