It means the ''ZeroMS.exe'' is in the wrong folder. Put it in your Nexon folder, not in the ZeroMS folder.

LITTLE ANNOUNCEMENT: Easy way to find out that if the server is up without going to maplestory and your not stupid you'll already figure this out. Go to the registration webpage and if you manage to go to the website it means it's up. If not it's down.
