@d2themon3y What is false? This bill makes it so people can legally posess up to an ounce. There's no law like that pertaining to alcohol. You can drive around with 5 kegs in your flatbed if you want. Alcohol is legal which is why you can possess any amount. If weed was legal than you should also be able to possess any amount. so again I ask, what is false?

@d2themon3y actually it allows 25 square feet per HOUSEHOLD not individual. You could have 5 patients living under 1 roof or 1 patient and it is still a 5x5 area. And right it says in the law that each household can have a 5x5 area growing but it also says each individual can only possess up to an oz of ready to smoke material, makes no sense. Also can't use marijuana in the same "space" as minors, space is so unspecific it just provides a grey area for LEO to operate in. do your own researchppl

the laws are reasonable. We're not going to go from having bud as a Schedule I drug to having it being grown everywhere. Thats asking for too much...
sure, i'd rather have marijuana growing up and down my street but, im sorry, thats not going to happen yet. Honestly, i just dont want to go to jail for smoking a plant. If that was the only thing on the ballot, i would still sign it.

@d2themon3y a 5x5 area isn't big. 1 big plant takes up about 4-5 square feet of space, so that's about 4-6 plants being cropped 3-4 times a year...I smoke more than that so yes an individual does need more than a 5x5. The only people I see growing in 5x5 areas are ones who are extremely limited on space, if they could grow more they would. Sorry but it sounds like you don't even know how the current law works, you don't goto jail for up to an oz, it's decriminalized in most counties

@d2themon3y Also I'm not asking for bud to be grown everywhere, I'm asking for a bill that claims to be "legalizing weed" to actually legalize it. This is not a bill to legalize, it is a bill to tax, regulate, and control. As I said under the current law if you get caught with an OZ you maybe get a $40 fine, if you get caught with 2 ounces the fine increases. Under the new law if you get caught with an OZ you get off, if you have more than an OZ...you get arrested. DO UR OWN RESEARCH ON PROP 19!
