Denver DIA is a buetifull airport my favourite,it reminds me of christmas time,i use to land at night time and sleep in it and get picked up by my friends the next morning on purpose,looking out them big windows at the snow was fantastic,and going outside for a swift ciggi,i wish i lived in Denver it's a great place colorado,the poeple are ever so kind and helpfull,very layed back and very hard workers,i loved it and miss it,BIG SKYS AND VAST EMPTYNESS,

Just a tip: the Sky Bridge security line is sometimes more backed up than the main checkpoint. And if you're going to Concourse B or C, you have a hike ahead of you to get the train once you're through security.

@cbr6864 That is not correct. The old Stapelton Airport had four runways and was landlocked when it closed. It needed expansion and there was no more room. DIA currently has five runways and a sixth under construction. With room for about four more. Thats why DIA was built. As for wind, Stapleton was not immune to wind. Just sayin.

If your flight leaves from Concourse A, then you're already there. If it leaves from other concourses (B or C), board the underground train (which is actually entertaining; some short music being played right before an announcement) at Concourse A, and get off wherever your flight leaves.
