Har jio is another word for waheguru... meaning God. The line "nimania tu maan" means you are the respect of those who are disprespected"

In other words when Guru Nanak was the savior of those who were poor and hurt and disrespected and treated like dirt for no reason at all. "Niasiaran da asra" support of those who are unsupported". Hope this helps! also i just noticed that the translation is right underneath the video screen. LOL
