Also loved the song, so appropriate for Michael who roamed the ends of the earth in his travels and tours leaving his mark of love thru out the world. The clip of the super bowl performance is refreshing, very seldom seen. Thanks for sharing.
@libertarienne btw Ali, I think that is the first time, I've seen Michael perform Billie Jean without the full custom, you know, without the glove, the glittery jacket and socks.
now that i think of it too you're right even the TII rehearsals he had at least sunglasses on even though he had to hold them on to spin. nice spot Renee! i had the audio off so i wasn't really paying attention to the songs themselves since i think there were like 5 in that set.
My Favorite part is Michael at the Super Bowl. that was a once in a lifetime event that will never be duplicated by anyone EVER. I love every scene. The clothes he's wearing are so just perfect and flowing like Michaels love and your too! I see Michael is dancing his dream in the beginning and the end and he did that in life here as well we all should. He spun into our lives long ago and danced into our hearts helping us find one another along the way...
Oh Ali I don't know what to say since I of course attach a lot more meaning to the music and the video than most would or could. Such a perfect song for Michael and all the places he went in his life.Us too and everyone. We all roam in our life whether it be physically or in the things life throws our way both good and bad and everything in between. I love the footage.I've not seen a lot of it in videos here.

Funny thing about this though is you mentioned adding the SB as I was writing about it. Neither of us knew what the other was thinking, but then again maybe we did! always that way with Michael lol. i grabbed the SB b/c it was rejecting a diff. vid and was just awed all over again by the parts where he's jumping out of the signs and such...i had to put the part w/ the moonwalk in b/c that's how he roamed the farthest at the start i think, and i rarely see that part of that show either. all the panther dance clips are in reverse like all the damage is being undone, but his dancing is so precise it almost looks the same.
@libertarienne I have always loved the SB it is so universal even though it is in the US, which is still fitting since the US is a culmination of all cultures. The moonwalk was to me how he made his mark, different than anything ever seen before as far as dancing. At the SB you usually see the Earth Song, not the moonwalk. I watched them again and remember you mentioning looking for a reverse link. This must have been what it was for! Thanks for all the lovely memories Ali :) Cindy ☼
