I asked my friend to send me the recipe for this cake. She directed me to this video. While watching it I thought the cake looked familiar. When I saw you assembling it I finally realized that it was THE cake that I so very much enjoyed at Toni's wedding. Not only was it beautifully done but it was absolutely delicious. Mind you, this is coming from a hard core carnivore. Nevertheless, I will be making a smaller version of this cake for the holidays and loving it. Bravo!
