Can you let the clutch out gently from a stop-and-go for a gentle acceleration. (not a 0-60 WOT) but a easy-real life style? Could you make a video for that just to show me? Also, with the 6 speed gear select, what do you do when its time for the 7th gear? Do you have to go and use the d-pad buttons on the wheel or what? Thanks. :)

Its possible to have a variable clutch using the controller rather than just an engaged/disengaged one. Check controller settings and use a setup where the clutch is assigned to the right joystick

im probably looking at getting either a gt2 or just a normal elite (pretty much the same wheel) depending on price, but i am hoping for a good pay day and up it to get the csr elite :)

search fanatec. a current xbox wheel with the cheap pedals shown here is about 250-300, with the better metal pedals (seriously good) its alot more

@bonje87 i cant say much for the standard pedals, but if they are anything like the clubsport pedals then no this is wrong. they have full travel. you cant feel a bight point but its there if you move around

Sadly the game has a steering buffer. So this wheel is almost useless for drifting. And for that cars that is tail happy, it's pretty much hard to enjoy..

Forza 3 is such a great game. Everything about it is just awesome. I really love the true manual wheel. Its great to be able to switch from 5th to 3rd like you did or any gear for that matter.

In the Saleen its awesome to start it in 2nd and skip to 4th an then to 6th because it's so powerful !

T10 really messed up the clutching on this game. It feels unrealistic when you shift fast. Hope T10 fix this.

torque split causes ur car to slide to one side

heel toe: rev matching in other word you rev the engien to match the tran. this allow of quicker and smoother shifting and accleration out of corner

How does it work for cars like the Veyron that have 7 gears or more? Is it a 6-speed gear box that comes with the wheel? What happens if you shift into 6th while the car your driving in Forza only goes up to the 5th gear?
