@w1cked001- thanks man. The rehbands are awesome. Those are the older version(thicker) and they are hard to find. I love them, they keep my knees nice and warm AND are very comfortable. They are accepted in every raw fed except 100% raw, if i'm not mistaken.
AWESOME: You even have more in you. If you just suck in a lot of air, then lift off, only two steps back, and have a tighter grip. 230kg would be no problem for you! Congratulations, very good! Congratulations, what was the gain in total? Only 10kg behind me now, I have to do smolov again soon to keep you off my back. ;) AWESOME man! :D
Yeah, I almost cut that part out, but I wanted you guys to know just how exciting that was. I still have that stupid grin plastered across my face! And your earlier comments on how to hit a higher PR will be noted. I didn't start working on my grip and pulling the bar into my back more aggresively until I started doing the 3x3's w/197. And since I modified my stance from unracking, I am still trying to find the coordination for a two- or three-step setup. Thanks for your support, Stallion.
Well, the gain depends on how you look at it. At the very start, I was around 170kg w/belt and sleeves only. After Smolov Jr, I was at 188kg. After the Base, I was at 208kg. Even though I had a previous 203kg, that was with tight wraps and inzer briefs, so I don't even qualify that lift with ANY of these. So, that makes it a gain in the neighborhood of 38kg. I think you should lay off of Smolov until I catch you :-D. J/k, I don't want anything the easy way!
If you sit down with that weight just like olympic weightlifters than game over.

@m5p944 - Tis true. It's due to a severe lack of hip flexibility.
