i hear some people use the suction mount to put it on there ski. Bad ass Video dude!!! I just posted my first go pro video the other day, Check it out.
That is some awesome footage. I got one of these that i use as a helmet cam when I"m riding atv's. I love to waterski so i'll have to try out some angles this summer! I'm not as good as you, but i can still cut a mean slolem :)
Hey. I got this camera couple days ago, so haven't really been able to figure out a lot. Anyway, for these shots i used just the adhesive flat mount. It is strong enough to survive some impact. Gotta be committed to the fact that u can easily loose the camera tho. :) . Hope this helps
Yo how did you mount the camera? We have the suction cup and the sticky pad but neither of those holds suffieciently. Or maybe you could give me some tips on how to Jerry-rig it to the ski?
Did you notice the gopro's weight affecting your skiing any?

@akale15 Nope. Just gotta tight it with a screw driver to make sure its not flopping around

Set the video to r3 for widescreen HD. By default it's set to r4. The video will be more fisheyed but that looks cool too!

@AdamSed try using an extra tie-off for that added security :)
nezzy14 10 months ago
@nezzy14 Or tie it to a little floaty so if it does fall off it won't sink....
bradydn12 6 months ago
@AdamSed i used the suction cup mount with a shoelace attached to the binding but the suctioncup is bulletproof
xCODSNOJx561 6 months ago
@AdamSed just attach a key set floater to it. 5$ well spent

@AdamSed also check out the new floaty back door
