I can certainly understand that when you like a band for some time, eventually you will lose interest. But what bugs me is that you seem to be saying that basically, you liked them when it was cool to and now you don't because it's not cool anymore, which sounds like "sheep talk" to me. Trend or no trend is not the point at all, as long as there are people who enjoy their music and like them for who they are, it's not "over".
