@DreamsAsleep4Ever actualy bud... the reason isnt because of nationality, its because their using someone elses graphics engine, and its cheaper than making your own and being an 'exclusive' makes u seem more special. the reason MG is moving to multi-platform is because kojima productions is making the FOX engine, letting them make multi platform games with more ease and they make more money. (more stuff goes into it, but really one of the main reasons)

No more Solid Snake, no more Crash Bandicoot (hey, can't a guy like a franchise he grew up with even if it's not a mature game?), no more Legend of Spyro. After 2008, gaming has.... Well, I feel gaming is still somewhat the same. There's just less in it....

I really enjoyed MGS1. MGS2 was even better. MGS3 and MGS4 are the best games I've ever played. This series has had epic moments and tragic moments, times that it has made me bust a gut laughing (Para-Medic and Naked Snake convos, anyone?), and times that it has made me shed manly tears (end of 3 and end of 4). The best video game series ever. Memories of Solid Snake, Ocelot, The Boss, Big Boss, and several others are going to stay with me forever.

The MGS games are so epic. I am not someone who really likes remakes of games but it would be amazing if Kojima Productions remade the first 2 original games from the MSX. I played the original 2 on the release of MGS3 subsistence and they are so amazing... yet difficult, got through them though.

Kids, play Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake. Use a walkthough, nobody will think less of you for using it, especially for the "swamp walk" and a few other anomalies. It is a great game, and will make you... well maybe, with a few laughs, appreciate the series even more... so long as you realize that MG 2 was made in 1990... eh, the intelligent who want to like the series will find it quite awesome.

@Tevoxzi I have. Every game. I even saw EVERY cutscene. It's not fun after you play through it again. MGS1-3 are fun. 4 isn't. It's boring and repetitive. Same thing every time. Sneak, sneak, sleep/kill, watch cutscene, get gun that you might NEVER use, fight boss, cutscene.

It was my first game for my PS3, and I played through it SEVENTEEN times before I got another game.(Fallout 3 ftw).
