  • Thanks Aaron, this is really cool. Always, always, as soon as I get one knee in my partner will turn or move away and we will kinda do a merry go round thing. The first and 2nd options works well with me but not with the 3rd. Thank you again.

  • Thanks for posting this! As a noob I find it really useful to have access to videos depicting the fundamental ways of moving on the ground that I can drill by myself outside of class!
