i love this song and i also love the stars look down but when i saw this performed i was nearly moved to tears it was such a beautiful tender moment between billy and mrs wilkinson acting taking the role of his mum. liam mower and sally dexter was in it when i saw it and they were amazing together.

Billy has come to the dancing teacher for private lessons. She has asked him to bring something special about himself. He pulls out this letter written to him by his mother before she died. The ghost of his mother appears and sings along with him. There is a reprise of this song at the climax of the show, before Billy leaves to go to ballet school. This time the letter is from Billy to his dead mother.

I saw this on friday night with Trent Kowalik, it was AMAZING! and Trent was just fabulous as Billy. Seriously if you can get a chance to see this, DO, you will not regret it at all! One of the best muscials I've ever seen!

We saw Olivers performance 10th Nov. He was amazing! I cried, laughed and when it was over had already planned my return. His family must be so proud. We had a great weekend in London and Billy Elliot was THE highlight. Congratulations to all the cast and crew involved, it was truly memorable!

olly was playin when we went...im from oz!!!yeah and went over for a sporting trip and although we were in france and england for 3 weeks this show was the highlight...seriouslly if you get the chance go and watch....it is amazing...the father and "mrs teacher lady" play their parts so well it was better than the movie in my perspective...

I saw his first performance two weeks ago and was wonderfull... since then I have seen this musical 5 more times with him and rest of kids performing Billy before leave London to Venezuela... all of them are amazing.. no doubt what I am going to do if I have the opportunity to come back soon...
