I own each version of this game,and I never noticed any framerate slowdown (even of 20 fps!) .Maybe the pal version running at 50hz couldn't have that granitic stability,but playing the Ntsc Us one in progressive scan (480p at 60hz) or even forcing to 720p with exploder Hdtv,I can swear that the pictures update is solid as a rock,apparently stable at about 50 fps (which is enough smooth) from what I can see! ;-)
