@stirling1983 You're probably right. Botched ending meant he wasn't there to break up the pin and Sid HAD to kick out plus the DQ ending for Harvey Wippleman entering the ring instead of Shango was weak. How could such a thing happen in the biggest match at Wrestlemania?

What a way to end the Golden Age of wrestling. Hulkster with his epic entrance for his "retirement" match, the return of one of the WWF's biggest heroes to help out his #1 ally and to carry the WWF while Hulk is gone, and a fan-pleasing extended celebration at the end, with the fireworks, the pyro, the posing, Real American playing. Awesome.

@SimplyXxXWild I would say that WM 9 was the worst ever. At least this WM had 2 solid matches: Roddy Piper vs Bret Hart for the IC title and Ric Flair vs Randy Savage for the WWF title. WM 9 did not have a single good match on the card

@RonaldM992000 actually you're partly right, Sid no-sold the leg drop and Papa Shango missed his cue to come out; hence why Harvey Whippleman came into the ring and distracted the referee before Shango managed to come out quite confused.
