There are no frames of the power loader's back side or the PL leaning to show it as it walks thru small spaces or climbing ladders, that's why it disappears in those places.

Um, no offense, but the added profanity was annoying and didn't really add to the humour at all. That's what is so wrong with South Park and SuperBad and the ilk...there's just too much swearing going on for it to be entertaining. When Ripley called the alien a bitch, that was amusing. :D

But some people prefer the over the top language.

i always use the alternate way to get rid of the "bitch" in the second playthrough, whereas i end it like in the movie. and you're right about Alien 3 and Resurrection, they totally sucked.

The Power Loader looks weird because the game was only meant for 256 colors, and the colors for objects (like the Power Loader) have a reserved spot on the pallet and when its in a level not meant for it, those reserved pallet slots do not have the correct colors on them. Callusing it look like some 1960s acid trip.

The reason it changed colors was because a lot of these old games used certain color schemes for sprites at a time, due to the limitations of the hardware.

Oh, how could I forget to make a Carter Burke reference?

There needed to be a Carter Burke boss fight in this game. It would be epic, because he could like...sabotage certain freezers and cling to Gorman for help.

I think all he'd do as a boss was complain about you having paranoid delusions and maybe losing exclusive rights over the alien. Then he'd run away and close the door on you :)

The reason why the colors are glitched is because the game sprites have a specific color palette attached to them, and the game loads said palettes depending on the level. The game is expecting a certain palette - but it can't find it so it uses another one loaded into memory.

This happens with other games, too. It's just part of the glitches caused by the cheat. :)
