What's the difference between conditioning and recharging?

@RyanSellman1 Recharging takes 30 mins, and just charges it, whereas Conditioning is where you leave it in the charger for 24 hours and it charges each cell of the battery to peak performance. This is usually done when your battery does'nt last the 20-30 mins it should so about every 50 uses or so!
