I believe the mohawk was between 1999 and 2001 (Live Off The Map was released in 2001) and chronicles various concerts and performances as part of the Californication tour. When John rejoined the band in 1998 his hair was cut short and so it had to have grown out a bit for him to do the hawk, hence 1999-2000.

Chili Peppers are my alltime favorite band, but that dosen't mean I don't love others things like Metal, Rock, blues, hardcore stuff.

Like Pantera, Maiden, Rammstein, Clapton and things.

Music is the best thing in the world, so please people don't be close minded, then you'll enjoy it so much more

Well, I don't think you can go and generalize most of a fanbase as being closed minded. I'm not saying that there aren't people like that, but not all of us. I'm a HUGE Red Hot Chili Peppers fan, and I'm also open to a very broad range of music. All of the RHCP fans I know have a wide taste too.

But that is another thing that bothers me. A lot of these people that are into pop or rap hear the word "rock" and say "Oh my god! That's that scary screaming AHH AHH stuff!". Seriously people, think.

First of all I think the lyrics aren't the only thing that makes a good song. Most of RHCP lyrics are about Anthony's life experiences and feelings (as he wrote almost every RHCP song), if you can let yourself be touched by those subjects, good, if not, ok. Some people feel like they understand exactly the feeling described by the lyrics so they like them. But, the music is good besides the lyrics. They are good instrumentists and they transmit energy and good mood.

Meh, the les paul shape is good, but gibson pickups suck unless ur playing classic rock, and even then you could do better (seymour duncans). Also, to get a decent Gibson Les Paul you have to pay upwards of a grand and thats just mental! The quality isn't good enough to justify that sort of a price. Its just become more about the brand than the quality of the gear, same with Fender really, although their prices are more reasonable.
