FAVORITE SONG ON THE ALBUM, the whole album is great but this one reminds me of what true hip hop is, and who the true artist are. i wish there were more albums like this.
You should all take note from this song and learn to love Hip-Hop as a whole. It's a culture, and each culture has different groups within it. You have old school, new school, intelligent, real, etc. Q-tip is giving a shout out to all of them, INCLUDING Lil' Wayne. Am I a fan of Lil' Wayne? Not really, but that doesn't mean I'm going to hate on his craft. To each their own, b/c w/o each part, the masterpiece which is hip-hop would be incomplete. Sometimes you need the bad to know the good. Love.
People please, let's talk about what really matters about this track. Norah Jones is truly amazing & I can't say enough about Q-Tip. Much love to the man with the vision to create this beautiful hip hop.
i'm guessing u dont lik him, i think he's overrated, but u have to admit that most people think of his name first when they think of hip-hop, unfortunately
i'm so glad norah is getting into other genres of music and getting her vocals out there..she has an amazing sound. i love her voice with hiphop beats
These religious comments are starting to get annoying. If you wanna preach the word of your god or deity or whatever do it on a video related to it. This is just music, a song, etc. If you feel it has some spiritual connection or you have a religious connection fine. But it's getting old and a waste of time, like really....
Yep, religious comments here are weird, but whatever - Q & Nora, you two, both super talented...wow, bottom end is loose, groove is sloppy. You've got the time, talent. clean it up, this is like a rehearsal. You're too good for this low quality version. Keep going
I bear witness that nothing or no one has the right to be worshipped but God the father and creator and I bear witness that Jesus Christ is His only son and the savior.
You both are wrong Allah come from the Hebrew word Allahayum! That means The Powers NOT GOD OR THE "Creator" Only Power. Power is a Title just like God and Allah are both titles. The Creator has a Name..

His Real name is Yahshiyah =Savior = the Real Messiahs Name. His Father God real name is found in Exodus 3:13-15 Ahayah Ashar Ahayah
I bear witness that none has the right to be worshipped except Allah, alone without partner, and I bear witness that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger

Well when you mix jazz, funk and hip hop together you get Acid Jazz, and to me this sounds pretty Acid Jazz to me, almost in the vain of Jamiroquai, though you can call it whatever you want. This song is TIGHT AND GROOVY as hell, makes me wanna get up and boogie (:
this niggro Kevin hacked my paper works like the whole music squadrum he really want to my project and he stole my rights to my writting like me that all you have to do
I was lucky and stumbled into the video shoot for this song over the weekend in Brooklyn. It was very cool, low key production. Norah and Tip were having a lot of fun. It was HOTTT as hell in there lol everyone sweating our balls off. People were blowing bubbles everywhere. The song was just jamming on a ghetto blaster, i didnt hear it as well as im hearing it on here right now. It is a bad ass song.
I love how he just gives her the first two minutes of the song to vibe out on... Norah Jones on hip hop songs is sublime (for those who don't listen to her music & know that she's always sublime)...
Lifes filled with pain But now the clouds come in Leaves fall away Hip Hop is playing again Is playing tunes No banging for you Dont stop this feel I feel I just want to know that all day I feel the breeze Im so into your rich history Tell me stories that take me away Come take me (Ohhh, ohhhh) Come take me with you
Great distraction and great vide0!! thank u downloadmusic .im

Dude, Lil Wayne was never better in any sense. The guy was always overrated and a horrible rapper who thinks hes the shit when hes not.
He STINKS like shit but can't hold a candle to any real rappers, especially like Q-Tip.
That's just my thoughts on it ya know, some people like the dude some don't.
