The world is not black and white, obvously you and your family have particpated in adoption and that is wonderful but! The majority will not adopt children, you have to be realistic when dealing with a situation like this. Not everyone is willing to adopt, believe me I wanna adopt unwanted and unappreciated children like the ones in brothels and all but sadly I live in a state where single parents cannot adopt and my choice to wait patiently for a partner doesn't suite an adoption agent.

My mother got pregnant during her 1st year of college (a Christian college!). All of her friends tried to talk her into getting an abortion so she could go back to school, continue "her life", and not disappoint her parents. She decided to have me instead.
