  • The only reason you need so much APM in Brood War is because the UI is shit compared to SC2. MBS and having more than one unit in a control group means you can have less apm and be just as good.

  • The hell?

It was 280 WHEN SHE STARTED?!?!

  • is this against her sister?

  • is this guy having orgasm

  • Tossgirl vs Jaedong. I wanna see that

  • Lady Boxer much?

  • @mawxovers lol no youre not

  • @mawxovers SHUT UP FAG!

  • @AlphaJohnson47 SHUT UP IDIOT!

  • @P4574M4n faggg

  • @AlphaJohnson47 What is wrong with you? Anyone not being derogatory towards women is a fag? That's really not the definition, you know. Grow up and step out of your sexist shitty ways.

  • @P4574M4n ATTRACTIVE is not derogatory you stupid cunt. See that was derogatory

  • @AlphaJohnson47 You're completely missing the point. Why is her defining attribute being a girl rather than being a (atleast somewhat) good player? Of course theres no pro gamer girls, compared to how many males. You're expected being a man online, right? Videos of hot chicks = AWESOME, videos of hot guys = homo/faggy/stupid/gross etc. Read what @mawxovers said again, I'm sure you'll figure it out sooner or later.

  • @P4574M4n honest I dont give a fuck. shes just hot and Id bang her

  • @AlphaJohnson47 i agree, she's hot as hell! thats not the only thing i see in her though! see my point? :)

  • что там за демо прога какая-то - надпись в пол экрана

  • it soungs like he's just making muffled sounds

  • "Undefeated champion of female starcraft" Doesn't everyone just play the same leagues?

  • @GotenSSJ1 sc progaming in korea is split into male and female leagues. The caliber of male player is much higher as demonstrated by Yellow vs Tossgirl in a all stars show match. Yellow was way past his prime, had next to no practice time since he was part of the Air force and team Air Force Ace and still managed to roflstomp tossgirl like she was just a computer ai.

  • @MrComputerXO I can understand in real sports why men and women are seperate because men are generally larger and have more muscles but seeing how skinny and weak some "pro-gamers" are it doesn't really make sense why men would have an advantage.

  • @GotenSSJ1 it isn't about physical limitations rather than environmental limitations. the mens league has existed for longer with much more developed players that compete at a much higher level. Women's league was more recent and featured less competitive players. The levels of players were different. For ex. you are a grandmaster level sc2 player, would you train to get better with a bronze noobie? even the bronze cannot play at your level or understand your thought process.

  • Just imagine the things she could do with those fingers...

  • so many useless actions. :p

  • Thumbs up if u imagine that apm using for other things!

  • @FregpZ what other things?

  • @ytjoekim Friend if u don't get the joke is pointless to explain it =/

  • @FregpZ I dont get the joke, so there is more of a point to explain it...? :/

  • FEMALE Starcraft? Unless they play it in the nude, not a single person would ever watch that. Sounds like the WNBA: you watch it for the women, not the sport.

  • @TheAdmiralPancake

except when it comes to esports, there is no physical disadvantage like there is with the wnba.

also, you realize, ur like the guy who forecasted that television would be a failure?

  • @gwho

Firstly, I'm trolling. Also, there are only separate leagues because WOMEN ARE WORSE AT STARCRAFT!!! If she could take on someone like Idra, she would compete in the normal league.

The mere fact that there's a specialized league shows that female SC players are worse.

Also, how am I like that guy? That makes no sense.

  • @TheAdmiralPancake the female leagues were created to get females involved in starcraft and they lasted about 5 years. tossgirl did have a successful career after the leagues ended, with victories against players like yellow, reach, gorush etc.

  • @starcraftiskool Yeah, 14% win rate, 3-19 record, wins against players who would have and had previously stomped her had they not been out of practice for months as well as past their prime. So successful.

  • @chairmobile dont use tlpd which is innacurate for old games :) it doesn't include many of the old tournaments...like GhemTV which tossgirl made to the round of 8 of twice early in her career. She was decent back then. Your also only looking at game from official tourneys....check the other boxes on the tlpd to get a more accurate description of a player.

  • @starcraftiskool If she's 3-19, even if it's only official games, in what way does this demonstrate that she's good? There's a reason TLPD doesn't include old-ass game...back in '01, '02, the gamers just weren't good. In the current environment, 3-19 is a MUCH more accurate depiction of tossgirl's skill level than Ro8 stuff from 10 years ago in no-name tourneys.

  • @chairmobile well ghemtv was not "no name" lol but whateverrrrrrrrrr brahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

  • @starcraftiskool whatevs yo ZiZi bro

  • I'm sure she's an amazing player, but imo just spamming mouse movements at the beginning while making SCV's is lame. Its not counter productive within itself, but its a waste of movements which have no impact upon the game...

  • @audiophil92 wow I wonder what RTS games have you played, but you re completely wrong. Spamming is not productive itself, but helps maintaining a rhythm throughout the entire game (fluent and incredibly fast macro/micro cycles). That"s what she does since the begining, spamming is just the warming up part, watch the vid again how she microes and macroes at the same time. On the other hand, shes not good by recent progaming standards. Watch vids of Flash, Fantasy, BaBy, u'll see, why.

  • @audiophil92 Pros like Jaedong and Flash spam too.And they probably lame to right? They forgot to ask an expert such as yourself about should they warm their hands or not.

  • Has anyone else noticed that shes somehow the best and the fittest pro SC player? Talk about lucky

  • funny how she used SCVs to wall off the ramp

I guess shes not good enough

  • @randomjugglerxxxxx Ye sure... you show me that u may have 0 errors in micro/macro with that commentary^^

  • lmao @ 1:17..."Surprisingly for a girl, she seems to have fast movements"

I see what you did there.

  • Hwaaaat. Queen of terran? There's but one emperor. Boxer rules alone.

  • Wow, i had no idea it takes 1,000 APM to mine minerals...

  • @mawxovers

    Good points well made. Also,

Lol! You can be sure as hell I'm gonna start making that joke now :D

  • @mawxovers

    Can I not appreciate both?

I mean, sure her technique and awareness of the game is incredible! That's a fact, and I can learn a lot from watchin her games...

But she is also rather attractive :) I'm a man, I'm just saying something that's true and I don't mean any harm.

I'm never gonna meet her see her, I'm just saying she's a lot easier on the eye than someone like idRa.

  • esta puro apretando click pa todos lados , facilmente podria aver echo exactamente lo mismo ke iso pero mas calmadamente

  • i think she's not doing useless clicking =.= she's selecting the scv to make them return cargo theoritically gain mineral faster

  • @Shyturhellout Wrong. She's warming up her fingers.

  • @Shyturhellout yeah youre right, pro sc players HARDLY do useless clicking. Although sometimes it does happen out of habit.

  • in the beg there may be some useless clicking but later on they are doing so many things at once that it looks as if they are useless clicks. but really it keeps a player focused and alert, and it gives them a feel for the game.

  • when i played bw i averaged 120's and was competitve with players that were b3-b6 on wgtour ladder, i didnt have the speed the the b3 and lower players had and would get out macro'ed/ micro'ed by them every time so apm does matter.

  • Everytime i gave up and left bw and played other games. I remember BW again...... The ''PRO'' feeling, the only game that makes me feel so PRO when playing. How many people faced this EVERYTIME?DAMN!!

  • Spamming in the beginning is good to warm up but i think she was a lil over acting in this game (too focus on spamming) as you can see, her scv died. My apm is only 180 and i only use 5 hotkeys max even in an hour game but i dont let my scv die like dat.

  • It looks like everyone who watches this video is a fucking pro at STarcraft,EVerybody here knows better than anyone else what a pro gamer should do. All pro gamers (including TossGirl) spam apm. If you call it uselsess then you're just plain stupid.Pro gamers spam apm to keep their hands warm if you will. Same as basketball players warm up before the game. If its so hard to get, just shoot yourself.

  • out of 360 actions a min... only 50 actually matter! WTF O.O

  • @vVhiTesNaKe

i bet you dont play the game itself.. at the start of the game where u have less stuff to do, it's usually for warm-up, whereas till middle of the game, you are required to multitask at least 4-5 places at a given time (e.g teching up, expanding, produce army/worker units, positioning your army, scouting, attacking, and sometimes even deflected attacks that came in 3 different places, etc)

hate it when people actually dont know the actual facts, and trying to be smart

  • @tzhexuan no i dont play sc2 i just posted a comment from what ive seen in this video wich is a bunch of useless clicking most likely to boost up apm rating wich is ridiculous.

  • @vVhiTesNaKe 15 iimo

  • i tried doing this....i ended up moving all of my scv's off the mineral 10 times lol

  • its not really hard to get 360 apm at 6 supply.

  • @1c3crE4m1337 hahah lol you need like 30-40

  • lol. Must suck to be used as a barrier against the Zerg.

  • playing a videogame doesnt mean you program its completely different!

  • seriously, what's all the big deal about female gamers? i really don't understand these comments "omg i bet she's good in bed" "she must give good handjobs"

people who post these comments must feel insecure and don't have girlfriends... seriously get a life. there's nothing special about female gamers,

  • @wowspare loser, take a joke plz

  • what happened to just enjoying games

  • that commentatory voice is like he is chokin on a blanket :D

  • I wonder what is Tossgirl's APM in bed

  • @SOAB1024 it's OVER NINE THOUSAND

  • @SOAB1024 Just over 9,000? Sorry had to go there...

  • She's hot...hope she does do some girly stuff and fucks.... not just plays SC2 24/7

  • She's so cute!

  • erm, yeah, so you're saying high apm is pro?

how come this player still get supply blocked? blindly clicking everywhere dont give you extra supply!

my apm is about 90 and i dont get supply blocked.

  • @KarmaTailDragger getting supply blocked for 2 seconds is barely(if not) a mistake at all. Getting supply blocked and then making 3 depots is.... Don't tell me you could have done what she did better with 90 APM.

  • @MrSouptits i tell you, her effective apm was at most 150, and the rest was just blindly spamming and did not add any value at all. which means that even if she didnt spam the ineffective apm, she could have still been equally good.

  • @KarmaTailDragger There's a big fucking difference between spamming and watching. What you're seeing on her vision is only a fraction of what Tossgirl is doing; she's probably focusing on her minimap and her money. She must constantly spam her production structures to see what's up. Saying that she is randomly clicking on her rax, CC, depots and whatnot is like saying that she is unnecessarily looking at the minimap or money....

  • @MrSouptits Eh, you start with a few workers, probably needa build a supply depot at most, does it take 400 apm to do that? it was totally unnecessary! i did the exactly same on my 2nd starcraft game except not that apm. =)

  • @KarmaTailDragger first 1 -2 minutes it's warm up spam: Doesn't do anything in-game, but it does get the fingers ready to go. Next 2-4 minutes the spamming is used to make sure every tiny little detail is not missed (i.e. If you forgot to make a scv just a few second too late, it makes a difference.) The rest of the game all the scanning and APM matters. Yes, you can do what she did IN-GAME for the first few minutes, but you won't be able to do what she does OUT-GAME.

  • @KarmaTailDragger lol she doesnt really have 300 apm, if you use bwchart on her replays you will see she boosts her average apm by 25% on short games with all that spam early on, i have seen this before shes basically faking the apm counter out to make it seem like shes fast but really...when the real action starts , her apm actually drops down to about 150-175

  • @dragoon414 apm 150-175 is still pretty good though!

  • @KarmaTailDragger its very good for a girl

  • @MrSouptits ehh you are too dumb to even argue with, have a good day sir.

  • @ChidoriAnbu =D

  • @ChidoriAnbu I think it would be a little dangerous she might go to fast and give you an Indian burn..on your dick :(

  • @ChidoriAnbu

    looooool

i guess so too xD xD

  • @ChidoriAnbu or painful ones. I'd imagine your dick will hurt after being tugged on 360 times a minute.

  • @ChidoriAnbu LMFAO

  • @ChidoriAnbu

    ropeburn much?

  • @ChidoriAnbu Too bad she'll never have enough time in the day to give one.....

  • This happens when the bitch gets out of the kitchen...

  • APM = Asshole Penetration Maximum.

  • ORDERS CAPTAIN REPORTING FOR DUTY REPORTING FOR DUTY REPORTING FOR DUTY RIGHT AWAY YES SIR I READ YA ROGER THAT YES SIR REPORTING FOR DUTY SCV GOOD TO GO SIR ORDERS CAPTAIN AFFIRMATIVE RIGHT AWAY SIR I READ RIGHT AWAY SIR ORDERS RECEIVED JUST FINISHED AFFIRMATIVE ORDERS RECEIVED RIGHT AWAY SIR RIGHT AWAY SIR ORDER YOU WANT A PIECE OF ME BOY NOT ENOUGH MINERALS ORDERS CAPTAIN ORDERS CAPTAIN RIGHT AWAY SIR WANT A PIECE OF ME BOY ADDITIONAL SUPPLY DEPOTS REQUIRE NOT ENOUGH MINERALS RIGHT AWAY SIR

  • @MrSouptits something called MUTE

  • Why is his name tossergirl when he plays terran?

  • @yue12321 for one thing...that he is a she...and she USED to play protoss...use google for once...theres a reason why its there :p

  • Useless spamming....you don't even need this much apm to play well in Starcraft and especially in Starcraft 2.

  • @midge234 shut up noob. thats why you're not a progamer because you lack the foundation.

  • @Jmontastic and why arent you a pro gamer? cuz your a fuckin noob on the internet calling other people noobs lol, wanna play 1:1 on brood wars sometime?

  • @dragoon414 any time noob

  • @midge234 because in starcraft 2, they made it dumber for more of you noobs to get owned by us pros hahaha xD

  • @WeMakeMusic09 you are horribad at brood wars

  • @midge234 if you want to warm up your hands yes you do, there is nothing wrong with doing 200-400 apm at the start just make sure your hands will have the stamina and are conditioned to do so.

When you look at a pro, they're not spamming during the mid-game. They're macroing hard, fixing up their units, scouting, applying pressure, microing and analyzing data in order to properly counter it.

During the start i'm at 600apm midgame 150, and my hands are strong and accurate thats what hapns fo me.

  • I always accidentally read "progamer" as "programmer".

  • @2xN lol me too :P

  • @2xN and "programmer" as "progamer"

  • Vote tossgirl for queen of terran!! She is the next queen bitch of the universe by pwnin kerrigan

  • @itsmeagain1019 cool (>^^)> <(^^<)

  • think 359 of those actions are highlighting the base haha

  • i am only ten years old and i am 160 apm

  • wicked apm

  • nice splits ...

  • a lot of it is useless clicking, but it keeps you "hot" in a similar sense that you don't see basketball players play "cold." It's hard to instantly turn it up, like you would have to during a battle, if you were doing nothing before hand and got cold. It's similar to the concept that soccer players, "always stay on their toes."

  • @anemptypath That's a stupid argument, Olympic Runners explode into speed from a dead stop all the time. Do you know how they warm up? Running before hand. That's why they have practice matches before each tournament.

  • i dont think useless clicking counts

  • navy > tossgirl ;)

  • i want to see your skills with 4+ expansions :P

  • yes sir? yes sir? yes sir? yes sir?... bet she feels more manly O.o

  • Also in korea, and many parts of the world pro gamers get paid 6 figures for doing what they love. Average people can't see why pro gamers play the way they do, just like kids wouldnt understand adult matters at a young age <3.

  • its funny how people keep talking about getting 80K for playing a game is easy, and in the sc2 tournments atm, just winning tournament vs some of the best players in the world, you will only get 100 dollars in prize money, unless you get sponsored or some other stuff, you wont even get 80 grand in 10 years just by pure gaming :p

  • @WeMakeMusic09 in gsl for sc2 fruidealer won 87k... 2nd place ITR for 20k...

  • @WeMakeMusic09

they have tournys all the time for sc2 for a shit load of money, average people like you bash on people who love the game and get paid big bucks while your sitting around doing nothing and working for people who pay you 8-10 bucks an hour <3.

  • @No1Verse and you sit around and defend them while getting 9 dollars an hour from mcdonalds

  • so much pointless fucking clicking no fair

  • tossgirl is horrrrible

  • whitera does just fine with 100-110 apm as protoss

  • @Winterisonyou2b

Are you talking about Starcraft 1 or Starcraft 2? Because it is generally accepted already that to be proficient in the current SC2 meta an APM or around 100-150 is fine. Blizzard dumbed the game down so more players can compete in the game.

  • @underwatercookie no lol, ur wrong, in starcraft 2 u have alot of more possiblites to defeat and harras ur opponet, much more viable tactcis and hidden secrets that yet has been discovered for sure.

  • @odikqah it doesnt have more possibilites......why would you say that? they removed half the units....and replaced them with new units..so its almost identical possibilites, the only difference is sc2 has a much better user interface so it takes much less skill to actually macro and micro. Thats why it isnt as popular as brood war....I remember when bw came out it was the best game of all time,,,, and people consider sc2 to just be an ok game...its a disgrace to bw.

  • There's a reason as to why the best of the best "click pointlessly." If you can handle these players in Brood War without "spam" you should know that you were literally born with built in timers in your brain......fucktards.....

  • @geegeewp it keeps them warmed up, sorta like how a QB will practice throwing the ball while the defnce is playing. but yes, it serves no "gameplay" benefits.

  • @geegeewp shes the best girl....far from the best of the best..lol the best of the best is flash, and he never spams this bullshit, he wrote a blog on how he hates people that fake apm, and thats why he refuses to do it, watch his games, he will be drinking or stretching during the 1st few minutes

  • @dragoon414If Flash really talks down towards other players because they're different than him, then I have lost all respect in him. Also, there's a huge difference between spamming APM and effectively using that high APM to perform better....

  • The "useless" clicking is to warm the player up. Ofcurse they know it's useless. But see if u can handle'em midgame.

  • Comment removed

  • actually... all that "useless" clicking is good for warming up, since in late game you need to be microing as well as macroing, which needs good apm

  • No good SC2 player thinks APM is good, or cool. At all.

It just means the one with faster APM is probably going to kick ass in micro. Thats all.

Okay? Now stop being jealous because youre a slow moving nerd with the typical fat-man dexterity.

  • @mistervanderveer "fat-man dexterity" I'm going to use that one :D

  • @mistervanderveer micro requires precision, macro require apm...but nice try lol

  • What I'd like to know is, is clicking on the units to tell them to go harvest and then clicking again to tell them to back deposit the minerals back in town (which I assume she was doing) actually faster than letting them do it automatically. or was that just warm up? I could actually see someone saying that it's faster in the long run to do it manually, but I could be wrong.

  • @DKaidian

not sure about SC, but in SC2 the AI of workers is about as smart as a retarded cat, and waits about .5 seconds before telling the worker to go and put the mins back in the CC/nexus/hatch, so if you tell them to do that manually, you can increase your income by about 7%(which is very good for early agression, as this method is only effective in the first 3 or 4 minutes of the game)

  • @WyghtWolf Yes this is somewhat correct, even tho alot of players wont bother the extra APM for a "mere" 7% increase.

Its the same in StarCraft 2 im afraid..

  • I wanna fuck her

  • All of that APM spamming must get really tiring game after game after game after game after game after game......

It was annoying for me to watch for 2 minutes...

  • 0:24 = pretty... can I have tis photo

  • the commentator....is retarded...

  • guys you don't understand. the beginning seems to be like useless missclicking but for the same reason you warm up on the piano or any instrument. They are finding their pace and comfort level for the rest of the game.

  • 23 people got high and mislick dislike button

  • @vincentwongxt I'd like to "mislick" ?Tossgirl.

  • It looks like useless clicking to the casual observer, but even early on she must stay focused in order to get the scvs working with 0 delay, and I see that she does some scv "petting" to mine at peak efficiency and gain a small edge over her opponent.

You can say its useless clicking but I guarantee she would faceroll you any day of the week.

  • @kshoggi Yes, but regardless of her facerolling anyone; it's still pointless clicking.

  • @lovesthebass you clearly didn't read what I wrote

  • LOL! I LOVE how the "majority" of gamers say "its useless clicking" blah blah bs, yet pit them against players like ToSsGirl and watch them easily get taken down 10-0. Rather than bitch about the "crap" why not try to better understand the PRO gamers' purpose of having high APM, and try learning it yourself? If you're not pro, don't comment on it like you know what you're talking about...

  • @FlashEng1 No, there are many Diamond league player who's APM hovers around 82. All spamming does for some is keep their mind focus, but any APM over 120 is typically redundant spamming and otherwise almost unnecessary. Its a popular practice that may or may not fall out of style, some days I'll use it if I am feeling out of it, other days when I am already pumped I don't bother. But you're right it's not totally useless, just depends on the person mind state as to whether it'll help or hinder.

  • @Slip819 I'm diamond myself. Honestly diamond is a joke. I'm talking PRO level gamers, and GOSU gamers, not diamond level ladder players who would get wasted in a live top level matchup. But that's NOT to say I don't agree with you!

  • @Slip819 Forgot to mention one of the top players in the world averages around 108 APM, WhiteRa, that's why more experienced players look at BWcharts to see if their EAPM needs improvement, not APM. All it does is it might focus you, or more often then not it helps new players learn the hot-keys and fast operations quicker than if they didn't place importance on APM at all.

  • @Slip819 But yeah I agree with you too, keeping yourself focused as a laser helps a ton if your going up against very good minds. And keeping your APM up is a way to do it.

  • @Slip819 White-ra may have been one of the top foreigners in the world, but not nearly one of the top players in the world.

  • @FlashEng1 But then again, today APM is not AS important as back then. You can set up like 20 waypoints for a unit which include building, mining, returning from building and such. I am referring to SC2 :P

  • @Naba008 Touche... We can thank MBS for that. But very true.

  • @FlashEng1 oh god dude because not all people play to the orgasm with video games

  • @FlashEng1 but most of it is pointless clinking. All that selecting of the CC at the start doesnt make the units build any quicker.

  • @Wrath1011 actually it's to keep her hands warm so later on during the game she can keep up with all the multitasking.

btw to the other people who don't see the point of high apm, she states in the interview that a high apm doesn't make a good player, but good decision making does. however a higher apm means you are capable of doing things a little bit faster so combined with a good decisions it makes a big difference. flash probably only has around 360 apm, but he is much better than her

  • @Wrath1011 Again, 1v1 vs a pro gamer and their "pointless" clicking will quickly end the game for you in under 10 minutes. It's a habit. There's a LOT that all professionals do that average (and even "good") people feel is unnecessary/useless.. But once again, that is why there is a YouTube video of HER with her high apm, and not of you or I... Apparently she knows what she's talking about. So once again my logic is "drop the 'oh it's useless" act, and try finding out why it's important/big?

  • @FlashEng1 This isn't ALL clicking... It's a lot of key bindings.

  • @MrCSSJust Agreed. I quoted what other gamers say.

  • @FlashEng1 actually it is quite useless, even years later the best gamer of all time, flash, has comparitivly low eapm and he never does this "fake apm spam" instead you can find him taking a drink or stretching early on.

  • @dragoon414 Flash is overrated... I kid.. But just because ONE ... better yet.. Look at it this way.. You will ALWAYS have your "opposite." Everyone in the NFL uses Nike, but the entire Cowboys team decides to use Reebok... Same here man, just because him and even 20 other players compete with relatively low apm, once again, does not mean every player here can as well. Get your APM up, you bring up your awareness. I would gladly challenge anyone under 80 APM to compete vs me. I will prove it.

  • That fine that you need to "warm up" but don't brag about a 360 APM if a good portion of that is warmup clicking.

  • Spamming keeps ur APM high and Your mind focused. It's also good practice for when you actually need it while microing and macroing several bases. Most of the high APM players say it isn't necessary to have an extremely high APM.

  • @DuellMeNoob

I agree, if you don't warm up and maintain that warmup, your fingers and wrists will slowly deteriorate. As a result, you could just screw up your hands.

  • whats useless clicking, i wish a spectator went up to her and hit her with a baseball bat, maybe shes just stuck ?

  • @Dementedrox The idiot has spoken, hooray! Now go fuck yourself, wow-fag.
