I live in Detroit on Mcgraw Ave. When I first entered middle school it was like a prison no lie.We had metal detectors, cops everywhere, and cameras everywhere. The cops never did shit and the cameras were fake lmao. We had fights everydays and everything I did in the 2nd grade I did in the 6th grade like reading....It was fun though the teachers never did shit and all we did was fuck around in the classroom..good times... Now that I am in school I obviously think different but it was so fun :D
I am SO home schooling my kids! I would love them too much to let them go through the same bullshit we have to deal with now. They'll learn all of the same material in half the time and more, then they'll actually have room to think for themselves about their future. Most importantly, they'll get to be kids and actually have fun learning new things like we're supposed to. Learning, in my opinion, is and should be an enjoyable and interesting part of life, not something to dread at all. :]
@TheSnowyice i agree with you in the aspect that homeschooling will make your child twice as smart in one year i know this because me and my three brothers have been homeschooled up until 9th grade and i am getting straight A's in all of my classes. the problem in homeschooling is your child will not interact with other people and may have a problem in knowing the difference between fantasy and reality and at some points will either, 1: think everyone likes him or her 2:look down on other people
@baugusgatlin I disagree, homeschooled children have better social capabilities as they haven't been damaged or scared from being in gov't schools. This is especially true if they have siblings. Besides, what's the point of being a social person in this society of brainwashing sheeple? To become afraid of sharing your "intolerant" and "conspiracy theory" information to others? The problem is the entitlement system!!!! you have babies, tell each other to fuck off and mother becomes part of the welfare state daddy becomes a bum and the children become idiot's and try to stab the teacher. What this film really needs to address is why is it necessary to have police in the schools to prevent drug sales, prostitution and violence, student against student and student against teacher.
Why? Because there are far, far, far too many REALLY TERRIBLE PARENTS WHO POP OUT BABIES LIKE RABBITS AND THEN BASICALLY LEAVE THEM TO SINK OR SWIM IN THE STREETS. And I'm not talking about any race, everyone is guilty, including rich people to some extent.

The issues are not in the schools, they are in the homes that put nascent criminals on the streets that have been criminally nurtured in their homes by parents that should have been sterilized when they reached puberty.
