Len tells Rin to wear his clothes & escape, & he would wear her clothes & act in her place. Because they are twins, no one could tell the difference; that way, the princess that everyone wants dead escapes. Instead, her servant is killed because he loves her very much & wants her to live.

So Len is pushing her away [to escape] while he runs to the crowd, now as the princess. Rin never dies, Len never stabs anyone except Miku.
