Rosenberg states here that women went first to the gas chambers, whereas the Shoah SS testimony states the men always went first, without exception, for security reasons. Rosenberg's testimony here, and in the 1960's, is pretty shaky.

@ventricity firstly, most of the victims were just ordinary citizens, they didn't know how to fight back and even if they could, they were physically and mentally broken down by the Nazis. And in spite of all the degradation, there WERE revolts. The Warsaw ghetto uprising, the mass breakouts at Sobibor and Treblinka, Auschwitz-Birkenau, Buchenwald. Finally, it's also the primal urge of survival, can you honestly say you wouldn't do the same if you were in their shoes?

Its amazing, I just watched the Interview with franz suchomel who was an SS guard at Triblinka and they both say the same thing. Its incomprehensible, especially when you see that the people involved are real people. You see them talk and act just like you and me. That is the part that scares me the most. They weren't something else, they weren't some demons, they were people.

For this to have happened the dirt layer would all have to be put back in the EXACT same order they were dug out, with no layers of ash or anything in between... Ever tried filling a hole back in? You cant do it 100% just not possible. An Australian team took GPR to Treblinka and had their images reviewed by numerous experts who all agreed that the ground had not been disturbed... And they mapped the whole area...

This Gentleman's testimony matches closely the Nuremburg testimony. Read Vasily Grossman's works on Treblinka. Grossman interviewed witnesses and survivors first hand shortly after Treblinka was overrun. Local villagers were helpful in putting pieces together. Grossman's work was cited at Nuremburg trials and is truthful, accurate and poignant.  -Peace-

The small village near Treblinka had curious people. They kept rough count of the trains entering the small camp. Trains often had to sit on sidings while the trains ahead of them were being "processed". Villagers were not allowed to approach the trains, packed with people. On the sides of many box cars numbers of occupants were written. Villagers knew that many thousands entered the small camp, but none came out. People aren't stupid. They KNEW what was going on at Treblinka...

This guy was lucky to get out alive. 95 % of people sent to Treblinka were dead within 3 hours of getting there. It was the biggest death camp there and killed the most people the fastest.
