@EchizenRyomaLover Well the speaker in the video may be talking at a quick pace to speed up the video, but his enunciation and use of pauses are great. If you have a lot to say and want to speak quickly to stay within the time, just make sure your speaking clearly and stressing your points enough.

I'm not an expert speaker but this is waht i have learned from experience (:
